STEAM-L Saturday School

12:00 - 2:00 PM MST

Justice Code offers educational enrichment sessions each Saturday throughout the school year. 
We provide access to licensed educators, STEM professionals, and college tutors for all program participants.
We cultivate a mindset of friendly competition and give our participants many opportunities to perform in contests and competitions each year.

Elementary Curriculum 

The Elementary curriculum offerings are customized to support our community's K-5th Grade students to engage and foster a love of learning STEAM-L topics and collaboration at the youngest of ages.

Robotics

 Members are guided to challenge themselves via. hands-on application to learn and understand the mechanics, basic coding, and interpersonal communication behind computers and their various shapes and sizes!

Math & English Practice

Math and English skills are practiced and put to use during Saturday School to reinforce your child's education in unique and interactive ways each session.

Stepping

Stepping is a musically percussive and highly artistic type of dance  - which is great for the development of the executive function of the brain, long-term memory, and the feel-good hormone serotonin!

Minecraft for Education

We use Minecraft Education Edition to help reinforce new knowledge from our STEAM-L-based curriculum with a bit of unique engagement, critical thinking, and most importantly, fun!

Igbo Language

The Igbo Language originated in Nigeria, and has approximately 18-25 million speakers! The Igbo language and culture are taught after Saturday School by fluent/native speakers.

Secondary Curriculum

The Elementary curriculum offers more specified and advanced work and support to our community's 6-12th Grade students to cultivate their love of learning in STEAM-L topics in ways that will help prepare them for experiences to help the development of their future competitions, careers, and/or ambitions.

TriMATHalon/Supercomputing Prep

Should your child choose to compete in a competition, there is mentored work time each Saturday with peers and experts.

Supercomputing Challenge

The Supercomputing Challenge is a national program that cultivates collaboration, critical thinking, and project-based working within science and engineering subjects; providing experience with computational science skills and research/writing skills.
